Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Health services provided to patients by health professionals to assess, maintain or restore their state of health are excluded from the scope of the alternative dispute resolution legislation — art. 2 (2) (h) of Directive 2013/11/EU and art. 2 (2) of Romanian Government Ordinance no. 38/2015. The ADR procedure is not available for these services. Complaints about medical services are addressed directly to the clinic, while matters concerning the practice of the profession may be referred to the Romanian College of Physicians and to the Romanian College of Dentists respectively.

The ADR icon displayed in the website footer concerns the other categories of goods and services the clinic may make available — for example oral hygiene products or procedures without a therapeutic purpose — for which the ADR procedure remains applicable.
