What cookies are
Small files a website places on your device so as to recognise you on the next page or the next visit. Some are necessary for the site to work; others are not, and for those we ask your agreement before using them.
The rule we follow
Article 4(5) of Romanian Law no. 506/2004 requires prior consent for any storage of, or access to, information on your device, except where strictly necessary. “Prior” means before the first request, not after — which is why a non-essential resource does not load at all until you press “Accept”.
Refusing is as easy as accepting: the two buttons are the same size and each takes one click. You can change your mind at any time, from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. Withdrawing your agreement deletes the cookies we set for the category you withdrew.
Strictly necessary cookies
Used without consent, because the site does not work without them. They do not track you and are not read by anyone outside. They are listed, each with its duration, in the table below.
The map on the contact page
The only non-essential resource on the site. When you enable it, your browser contacts four Google hosts — listed in the table below — which may set their own cookies, for periods Google determines, and may receive your IP address. The data may leave the European Economic Area.
We cannot delete cookies set by Google, because they sit on Google's domain. That is why the only moment at which control is real is before the first request — and that is where we exercise it: without your agreement, the Google map does not load at all.
If you refuse, the contact page is not left without a map. We show you a static map generated from OpenStreetMap and served from our own server, which contacts nobody. Plus the written address and links that open directions in your own navigation app — a link is a navigation you start, not a resource we load.
What we do not use
We have no traffic analytics. We have no advertising tracking pixels. We have no social media buttons that load code from them. We do no behavioural advertising and we build no profiles from your browsing.

How we make sure the table above is true
The table is generated automatically from the application's technical inventory. An automated test verifies, on every change, that the public pages contact no external host when you have given no agreement. If someone were to add an undeclared third-party resource, the check fails and the change cannot be published.
How you control your consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and refusing cookies that are not strictly necessary does not limit access to the website content. Cookies already stored can be deleted from your browser settings.

This policy is published in Romanian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Romanian version prevails.
